2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information (as defined by Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140):

• Identifiers: Name, email address, and company name submitted via demo request or client account creation.
• Commercial information: Service enquiries and engagement history.
• Internet or other electronic network activity: Basic information about how you interact with our website (page visits, feature usage) collected via standard web technologies.
• Professional or employment-related information: Company name and role when voluntarily provided.
• Customer-uploaded data files: Rent rolls, lease documents, and financial files you upload for analysis. These files may contain personal information about third parties.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.121) beyond what is incidentally present in client-uploaded files.

3. Purposes for Collection and Use

We collect and use personal information for the following business purposes (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100(b)):

• To provide the services requested — including analysing uploaded data and delivering reports.
• To communicate with you about your account, reports, and service matters.
• To respond to support enquiries.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Disclosure and Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising, as defined by CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ah)). We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We may disclose personal information to third-party service providers (such as form processing services) strictly to operate our platform. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose. We may also disclose information as required by law or valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

As required by Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100(a)(3), we disclose the following retention periods: contact information is retained for the duration of an active client relationship or enquiry. Uploaded data files are retained for 90 days following completion of your report, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights Under California Law

California residents have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100–§1798.199):

• Right to Know (§1798.100): You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to Delete (§1798.105): You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct (§1798.106): You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing (§1798.120): You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (§1798.121): To the extent we process sensitive personal information, you have the right to limit its use to that necessary to perform the services.
• Right to Non-Discrimination (§1798.125): We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
