1. Reasonable Security Practices (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.81.5)
California Civil Code §1798.81.5 requires businesses that own, license, or maintain personal information about California residents to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information. 2. Data Breach Notification (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.82)
In the event of a security breach that results in the unauthorised disclosure of unencrypted personal information belonging to California residents, REAL Solutions will comply with its notification obligations under California Civil Code §1798.82.
