1. About REAL Solutions

REAL Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered analytics, reporting, and data intelligence services to real estate companies ("clients" or "you"). Our services include leasing analysis, portfolio management reporting, lease abstraction, market benchmarking, waterfall financial modelling, and custom AI report workflows — each delivered by our expert team.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the REAL Solutions website, requesting a demo, or accessing the client portal, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Services

REAL Solutions provides data analysis and reporting services on a client-commissioned basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be agreed separately between REAL Solutions and the client. These Terms govern the general use of our platform and services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable notice to active clients.

4. Client Accounts and Portal Access

Access to the REAL Solutions client portal is provided to approved clients only. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@realsolutions-ai.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised or is being misused.

5. Client Data and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all data, files, and documents you upload to our platform ("Client Data"). By uploading Client Data, you grant REAL Solutions a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely for the purpose of delivering your requested services.

Reports, analyses, and other deliverables produced by REAL Solutions for you are provided for your internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute our reports as standalone products without our prior written consent.

REAL Solutions retains ownership of its platform, AI models, methodologies, and proprietary tools. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any REAL Solutions intellectual property to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform or services to:

• Upload data that you do not have the right to share or process.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another client's data.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our AI models or methodologies.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement. REAL Solutions will not disclose your Client Data or business information to any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and reports are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. REAL Solutions does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. While we strive for accuracy, our reports are based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REAL Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to REAL Solutions in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
